Established  in 1958, Tianjin College of Traditional Chinese Medicine was renamed as  Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TUTCM) in 2006 and  International University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was approved by  State Education Committee (present Ministry of Education) in 1992.  TUTCM is the teaching instructive director member of MOE in both TCM and  Medical Humanistic Quality Education, and that of World Federation
